Recently I had my latest PSA prostate cancer blood marker results, which by some miracle has dropped to its lowest yet of 0.06 from my diagnosis high of 342 (a score of less than four usually indicates an acceptable reading). Over the last 11-plus years I have felt so grateful to both the amazing NHS and those at Prostate Cancer UK. However, the PSA test is not super accurate but it is all we have for now.
