MATT FITZPATRICK admitted it would be “pretty cool” to repeat his British Masters triumph a decade on - but insisted his feet are firmly on the ground.

The 30-year-old heads into today’s final round at The Belfry with a one-shot lead after posting a four-under 68.

Fitzpatrick, who won his first professional tournament at the 2015 British Masters, also boosted his hopes of becoming one of Europe captain Luke Donald's wildcard picks for the Ryder Cup.
