Man behind the driving test bot booking firm

A DOCTOR linked to a top university can be unmasked as the boss of a controversial bot-booking driving test website.

DriveBot charges learners up to £49 to “skip the six-month queue” - using software to find free slots.

We can reveal the man behind it is Dr Jiarun Cao, 30, who has a PhD from Manchester uni’s National Centre for Text Mining.

Since earning his doctorate last year, the Chinese expert appears to have used his talents to cash in on the practical driving test backlog.
