Sonam Files Bail Petition, Claims 'Flaws' in Charge Sheet

Sonam Raghuvanshi, accused of orchestrating the murder of her husband, businessman Raja Raghuvanshi, during their honeymoon trip in Meghalaya, has filed a bail petition.
The petition is listed for hearing on September 17 before the judicial magistrate first class of Sohra subdivision.
The prosecution, represented by Additional Public Prosecutor Tushar Chandra, confirmed that the petition was filed on Friday, but requested additional time to review the case files before responding.
