April 22 South Africa (Fairview) form analysis

RACE 1 (1,200M) (2) BLOWN AWAY seems to have found a few good winners to deny her victory. She tries the Polytrack for the first time but also gets Richard Fourie aboard.

(6) IVY shows pace, so she could be a threat if allowed a soft lead.

(7) MIND FREEZE will like it back on the Polytrack.

(8) PRICELESS TREASURE did not show her best last time but should fight it out.

RACE 2 (1,200M) Anything is possible in this weak race.

(2) RUBY CLAIRE is suited to this course and distance and gets a narrow vote to score.

(1) FANTASY GIRL returns from a break but would not be a surprise winner.

(3) NEMOROSA showed improvement last time and could have more to offer.

(5) CITY OF DREAMS makes her local debut after a change of trainers and has a winning chance.

(6) OPERA VERSE has been a disappointment this year but did show improvement last time and is not out of it.
