Home Team agency forms $10m joint venture with ST Engineering

ST Engineering announced via the Singapore Exchange on March 26 that the firm has formed a joint venture with the Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX).
Called Codex Solutions, the company will focus on developing and maintaining in-house software capabilities for the Home Team.
It has an initial paid-up capital of $10 million, with HTX holding a 40 per cent stake.
The remaining 60 per cent is held by ST Engineering Mission Software & Services, a subsidiary of ST Engineering.
HTX is a statutory board formed in 2019. It is responsible for providing innovative solutions for the Home Team departments.
