Recalled Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins took out his anger on Newcastle United on April 19 with a dazzling display in his side's 4-1 victory in the English Premier League.

BIRMINGHAM - Recalled Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins took out his anger on Newcastle United on April 19 with a dazzling display in his side's 4-1 victory in the English Premier League.
Watkins scored inside the opening minute, was twice denied by the woodwork in the first half and then set up teammate Ian Maatsen to restore Villa's lead in a rampant second half.
Fabian Schar had equalised for Newcastle with a header before half-time but Villa blazed clear after the break via Maatsen's goal, before a Dan Burn own goal and substitute Amadou Onana's superb finish sealed the points.
Villa's emphatic win lifted them right into the battle for Champions League qualification, as they are seventh after the fixtures on April 20, level on points with fifth-placed Chelsea.
