Doctors at SSKM Hospital recently performed a major and complex surgical procedure to remove a bullet lodged in the throat of a middle-aged man.The 40-year-old victim, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the throat, was rushed to the Trauma Care Centre. As surgical planning was not feasible based on the X-ray imaging, a CT scan with 3D reconstruction was conducted.
