Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil),as.a proud sponsor ofthe 2025 BWF World Junior Badminton Championships, has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to nurturing young sporting talentand promoting the spirit of sportsmanship across the nation.
The prestigious 24th edition of the BWF World Junior Badminton Championships is being held in Guwahati, Assam, from 6th to 19th October 2025, marking a historic milestone as the tournament returns to India after 17 years —sincethe2008 Pune edition —andis hosted in Assam for the very first time.
The championship has transformed Guwahati into a vibrant hub of international badminton, bringing together over 500 young shuttlers from more than 40 countries. The Suhandinata Cup (World Junior Mixed Team Event) was held from 6th October to 11, followed bythe individual championships from 13th October to 19.
