Santanu Hayal, who emerged as the school topper in this year's HSC examinations conducted by BSE, Odisha, expressed both joy and pain.
While sharing the joy in being the topper in the school and to be one among the successful students of the school, he shared how the absence of scope to pursue higher studies in a special school designed specifically for the visually challenged was a great challenge for the visually challenged students of Koraput.
