The Indian government's policy on battery swapping infrastructure is poised to significantly boost the electric vehicle (EV) industry, particularly in the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments. This is expected to reduce the overall cost of EVs and accelerate their adoption.

Q: Please walk us through the business journey of Lohia Auto and its significant milestones and crucial achievements.
A: Lohia Auto was established in the year 2008, with an objective to provide clean, efficient, reliable and affordable inner-city as well as rural transportation. Within a short span of 5-8 years we have captured the electric vehicle market and became the first Indian company to set up our own integrated Electric Vehicle manufacturing facility at KASHIPUR, UTTARAKHAND.
