Dash donates boat to Haribaldev Jew temple

Sanat Kumar Dash (64), son of veteran politician cum social worker late Ajay Dash donated a newly constructed boat to the Haribaldev Jew temple for the rituals of the deities which are held in the heritage pond Hemsagar close to the temple.
Sanat Kumar Dash said on Monday that the cost of the boat is Rs.90,000 and it was done by six carpenters.
The famous temple, widely regarded as the 'Dwitiya Srikhetra' or second to Puri Jagannath Temple, required a new boat as the old one was not fit to operate.
