MK Party demands justice following tragic shooting in Soweto: one member killed, two injured

THE uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party has expressed shock and outrage following a deadly shooting at Dube Hostel in Soweto on Saturday afternoon which claimed the life of one member and left two others injured.
The incident occurred during an MK Party recruitment campaign drive event. According to a statement issued by the party, three members came under fire during the outreach programme.
One member died at the scene after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. Another was treated at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital and discharged later that evening, while the third remains in critical condition.
