Retro new home kit gives nod to Vale's FA Cup heroes of 1953/54

PORT Vale have revealed a new 'retro-feel' home kit for their 150th anniversary season.
-
The Puma kit is 'off white' with a black collar and trim at the base of the sleeve.
It will be accompanied by black shorts and black and white horizontally-striped socks.
It also includes a specially selected classic crest - a spelling of 'PVFC.
The crest will feature for the duration of the 2025/26 campaign, both on the kit and across the club's digital media channels, before the current badge returns.
The new kit was inspired by the one worn by the club’s heroes of 1953/54, who won the Third Division North and reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup, conceding just 21 goals in 46 games.
