Moore seeks to quell transfer speculation around ‘wonderful player’

DARREN Moore has insisted “there is nothing in it” when asked about the speculation surrounding the possibility of Devante Cole’s move to Port Vale.

The Valiants boss leads his side into League One action at Rotherham United tomorrow, and was quick to quell rumours that the 30-year-old would be coming to Vale Park and leaving Championship outfit West Brom.
Asked about the Cole transfer talk, Moore was keen to put an end to it and said: “Devante Cole is a wonderful player and I can’t stop all the speculation.
“It’s great to be linked with such a wonderful player. Is there anything in it? No.
