Potteries talents get England nod for tournament
YOUNG footballers from Stoke-on-Trent have been selected to represent England on the national stage - at the home of Manchester City.
The talented youngsters will take part in the Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) Home Internationals Tournament at the City Football Academy, the Premier League club’s training ground, on August 10.
They will represent CRT Game On England against five-a-side teams from Scotland and Wales after being selected following a qualifying tournament at Powerleague Stoke Excel in June.
