Award-winning company expands HQ and hires staff
AN ESTATE agency has expanded following another 12 months of success.
Critchlow Estate Agents - which has just celebrated its fifth anniversary - now takes up three suites at its base in Federation House, Stoke.
It comes as two new staff members were appointed - negotiators Hannah Sherratt-Smith and senior negotiator Darcy Fleming.
They join a seven-strong team also including founder Martin Critchlow, sales manager Lee Dono, lettings manager Alison Proudfoot, negotiator Lauren Andrea and sales progressor Lauren Critchlow.
It follows previous expansion via a residential lettings service and online auctions in 2024.
