'Don't panic! - uni's not the only path to success'

STUDENTS getting their A-Levels are being encouraged to look beyond their grades and explore the many paths to success - from apprenticeships to hands-on training.

Hundreds of students got their A-level results yesterday and the county council's Staffordshire Jobs and Careers service is offering anyone 18 and over expert support to explore study, training and jobs, whatever their grades.
Through its website with more than 10,000 local jobs, apprenticeships, training opportunities and access to careers experts, young people can explore new careers by exploring the less obvious and traditional routes.
