Potters striker given ringing endorsement by boss as he looks to take another World Cup step

'BOZ CAN DO THE BUSINESS'

Robert Bozenik is looking for his first Stoke goal since his summer move to the club.

ROBERT Bozenik is being backed to help Slovakia take a step towards the World Cup despite the trials of his first few months at Stoke City.

The 25-year-old striker arrived at the bet365 Stadium in late July after a challenging season at crisis club Boavista followed by a summer largely training on his own.

He was given time to find his feet by Potters manager Mark Robins, but has since been unable to dislodge Divin Mubama at the top of the pecking order, making just two league starts as Stoke sit third in the Championship after all-but a third of the season.

He has made regular cameos from the bench but is still looking to get off the mark.
