Junho looking to hit his peak form with Potters to secure his spot on the biggest stage

BAE Junho hopes to find a level of form at Stoke City that will earn him a spot at the World Cup.

The 22-year-old playmaker was an emergency call-up this break to a South Korea squad that has already booked their place at next summer's finals in North America. He was used from the substitutes' bench in a 2-0 friendly win over Bolivia on Friday and is hoping to feature against Ghana tomorrow before flying back to the UK for Stoke's Championship trip to Leicester.

He has 11 senior caps now and has flitted between that team and the under-22s over the last year - and the pecking order out wide and at number 10 is still to be nailed down.

Junho hopes that his versatility and performances at Stoke will help swing selection decisions in his favour.
