10 arrests in crackdown on 'anti-social biking' hotspots

23 vehicles seized in Operation Reclaim
POLICE have made 10 arrests and seized 23 vehicles in the ongoing battle with antisocial bikers and e-scooter riders in Stoke-on-Trent.
Officers have visited hotspot areas such as Hanley’s Central Forest Park, Park Hall Country Park and Berryhill Fields over 20 days in June as part of Operation Reclaim.
It is aimed at targeting vehicles involved in antisocial behaviour and 'associated criminality.
Chief Inspector Scott McGrath, from Staffordshire Police’s roads crime team, said: “We have been working to tackle the issue off-road bikes, stolen vehicles and escooters that have been disrupting our communities across Staffordshire.
