Southlinks Estate banks on sustainability as main draw for luxury property seekers

Southlinks Estate, a 34-hectare township rising south of Metro Manila, is banking on sustainability as its edge in the luxury property market, with experts saying its eco-focused design could lift it into the ranks of the country's top enclaves.

Architect Cathy Saldaña, who is leading the estate's master plan, described it as "one of the last gems in the metropolis" due to its rare size, location and sustainability-driven design.
"Here in Southlinks, sustainability is not just a buzzword. It's about how this estate will improve in terms of investment and value. It's about health, wellness, family and about creating pride of place," she said at a recent forum on AI, tech, investment and sustainability.
