SM Hotels ramps up portfolio

SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. (SMHCC), the hospitality arm of SM Prime Holdings Inc., is ramping up its hospitality portfolio with the addition of Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmarifias.
Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmarifias, which is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2027, is the latest addition to SMHCC’s growing portfolio in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group.
“With the opening of Park Inn by Radisson SM City Dasmarifias and a robust pipeline of developments across key growth corridors, SM Hotels and Conventions Corp. continues to strengthen its position as a leading force in Philippine hospitality that delivers scale, diversity and long-term value through strategic partnerships and visionary developments,” SMHCC executive vice president Peggy Angeles said.
The hotel will have easy access to SM City Dasmarifias, a large retail hub in Cavite.
