PNP: Anti-corruption rallies peaceful

Anti-corruption protests held over the weekend in Metro Manila were generally peaceful due to close coordination with the organizers and participants' adherence to protocols, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said yesterday.
Over 2,100 police personnel were deployed to maintain order at key sites, including the EDSA Shrine and major thoroughfares, the PNP noted.
