Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta joined the nation's leading housing developers, policymakers, and industry partners at the 33rd SHDA-DHSUD National Developers Convention, held on October 9-10, 2025 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
In her address, Acosta shared how Pag-IBIG Fund continues to innovate its financing programs for the government's Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) initiative, introducing models that make housing more inclusive, sustainable, and developer-friendly through affordable interest rates, streamlined processes, and digital innovations.
"As we recalibrate our strategies for a better tomorrow, Pag-IBIG Fund remains committed to providing the financing models that empower our partners to build more homes and create a brighter future for Filipino families," Acosta said.
