New heads named for Razon’s Manila Water, gas subsidiary

Razon-led company Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc. (Prime Infra) yesterday announced new leaders for Manila Water Co. and Prime CoreGen, marking a major revamp of its top management across its water and energy portfolio.
In a statement, Prime Infra said Manila Water’s chief administrative officer and COO for International Business Roberto Jose Locsin will take over as president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2026.
He will succeed Jose Victor Emmanuel de Dios, who will retire from the role on Dec. 31.
De Dios will assume the role of president and chief executive officer of Prime CoreGen, the subsidiary managing Prime Infra’s newly acquired gas assets, effective January next year.
