Internet outage at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 led to manual operations at check-in counters on Tuesday, with hundreds of passengers experiencing long lines and flight delays.
AirAsia Philippines' system was unable to connect to the server, resulting in manual check-in processes since Tuesday at 2 a.m., according to Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) spokesman Chris Bendijo.
