DOH slammed for flagging Marikina super health center

Delays in the construction of a super health center in Marikina's Barangay Concepcion Dos are caused by insufficient funding from the Department of Health (DOH), according to Mayor Marjorie Ann Teodoro.
"The DOH should not mislead the public. When they release funds, it should be the full amount," Teodoro said.
Only the first phase of the planned four-story facility's construction was completed, she said.
