BCDA, Tarlac LGU to open community college in New Clark City

State-run Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the provincial government of Tarlac have partnered to establish a community college in New Clark City.

To initiate the planning and development of the Tarlac Community College, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed by BCDA president and CEO Joshua Bingcang and Tarlac Gov. Christian Tell Yap on Oct. 7.
Under the MOU, BCDA will identify and provide the lot for the proposed campus.
Meanwhile, the provincial government of Tarlac will be responsible for the development, financing and academic programming.
