BBM, Sara ratings fall Pulse Asia
The Philippine Star
|April 03, 2024
Following a slight increase in the last quarter of 2023, the approval and trust ratings of President Marcos once again suffered a significant decline in the latest survey conducted by Pulse Asia.
From 68 percent in December, approval of Marcos dropped by 13 points to just 55 percent in the March 6 to 10 survey conducted by the polling firm.
Those who disapproved of his performance increased by 11 points from nine percent to 20 percent, while those who were undecided went up from 22 percent to 25 percent.
Trust and approval with Vice President Sara Duterte also dropped, but not as sharp as that of Marcos.
Approval with Marcos declined across areas, with the lowest in Mindanao at 40 percent (from 62 percent), followed by those in Metro Manila at 47 percent (from 64 percent), Visayas at 54 percent (from 66 percent) and the rest of Luzon at 66 percent (from 74 percent).
