White Knight Corps celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm at Nagrota Military Station, Jammu.

The event was organised to commemorate 78 years of progressive India and to create awareness about the benefits of yoga for holistic wellness, physical fitness, mental strength and emotional balance among troops and their families.
