Shiv Sena urges free, simplified Amarnath Yatra registration

Shiv Sena (UBT) J&K unit chief Manish Sahni has urged the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board to introduce free and simplified on-spot registration for Amarnath Yatra 2025, increase registration counters and quotas, and launch a wider publicity campaign to boost participation.
Speaking at a party event where around a dozen youths joined Shiv Sena, Sahni expressed optimism that this year’s Yatra turnout, which saw a 10.9% decline compared to previous years, can recover through improved registration efforts. He noted that while the dip was expected post the Pahalgam atta
