NC pays tributes to Begum Akbar Jehan on death anniversary

The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) on Friday commemorated the 25th death anniversary of Begum Akbar Jehan Abdullah with a solemn programme at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan, Jammu.
Led by JKNC Women Wing Vice President Bimla Luthra, the event featured Quran Khawani, floral tributes, and a two-minute silence.
Speaking at the gathering, Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary praised Begum Abdullah's contributions to women’s welfare, education, and social justice.
