Man arrested after evading for four years: CBK

The Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch Kashmir on Sunday said that it has successfully executed a long-pending warrant against Khalid Sahani, son of Farooq Sahani, resident of Reshi Mohalla, Khar Doori, Shaheed Gunj, Srinagar.
In a handout, the CBK said that the warrant was issued by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Vailoo, District Anantnag on 03.12.2021, under Section 512 CrPC, in connection with Case FIR No. 38/2018 under Sections 419 and 420 RPCregistered at Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir.
