Inter-school competitions, trials held at Reasi

Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) conducted inter-school district level competition and selection trials in the disciplines of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Fencing, Football, and Tennis Ball Cricket at different venues, here today.
While indoor events held at Indoor Complex, the outdoor competition took place at General Zorawar Singh Stadium.
Earlier, District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Reasi, Tarsem Singh, welcomed the participants and motivated them to compete with integrity and in true spirit of sportsmanship. He highlighted the role of sports in shaping the character of youth, fostering teamwork, and promoting holistic development.
