The Centre for Comparative Religions and Civilizations (CCRC) at Central University of Jammu organized a special lecture and guided Vipassana meditation session to promote scholarly and experiential understanding of Buddhist philosophy and mental well-being.
Held under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Jain, the programme featured Bhante Nibbaan Pathika Ji as Chief Guest and speaker. He delivered a lecture on Vipassana meditation, highlighting mindfulness, self-awareness and inner discipline as essential tools for maintaining psychological balance amid modern-day stress.
