Pak concerned over 'extra-judicial killings by India', attacks Rajnath

A day after Defence Minister Rajnath Singh made remarks on not sparing any terrorist, even if they had crossed the border into other countries, Pakistan's Foreign Office has denounced these comments.
"Pakistan denounces the provocative remarks made by India's Defence Minister Rajnath Singh during a recent televised interview. On January 25, 2024, Pakistan expressed concerns about extrajudicial killings by India," according to a statement released by Pakistan's Foreign Office on Saturday.
Pakistan also reiterated its firm commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty against any aggression.
Meanwhile, Rajnath Singh made the statement following a query based on a story that appeared in The Guardian newspaper, which alleged that the Indian government had executed 20 people in Pakistan since 2020 as part of a broader plan to target terrorists residing on foreign soil.
