Applications invited for sports hostel admission

THE Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT) has invited applications for admissions to the centre of excellence, sports hostels, and sports hostel of excellence in the state for 2024-25.

According to a release, the selection contest for students from classes 6 to 8 in athletics, boxing, table tennis, taekwondo, weightlifting, archery, badminton, swimming and tennis will be held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Nehru Park Stadium, Velachery swimming complex, Nungambakkam tennis stadium and Chengalpattu TN Physical Education and Sports University on May 7.
