BRS Surrendered Krishna River Water Rights to AP, Alleges Uttam

Emphasising his deep connection to the Krishna River as a seven-time legislator from the Krishna Basin, Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Saturday stated that the state government has ensured the Krishna River Board Management (KRMB) curtails Andhra Pradesh's excessive use of Krishna waters.
He criticised the previous BRS government for not challenging the unfair water allocation, accusing it of setting for 299 tmcft while allowing AP to withdraw 512 tmcft for a decade.
