Migrant workers from West Bengal will get financial benefits on their return to the state, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced.
After a cabinet meeting on Monday, Banerjee said migrant workers on their return to West Bengal from other states would get monthly financial aid of ₹5,000 for next 12 months in addition to social benefits like 'Khadya Sathi' and 'Swasthya Sathi', coining the new 'Sramasree' scheme to roll out the ben
