HOME Minister Vangalapudi Anitha has said law is taking its own course and officials are being booked strictly based on evidence for their alleged misconduct during the previous YSRCP regime.

Addressing media in the wake of the arrest of former Intelligence Chief PSR Anjaneyulu by the AP CID in connection with the Bollywood actress Kadambari Jethwani harassment case, Anitha said, "We were in the opposition for years. Many cases were filed against us. But not a single official faced trouble because of us. Today, officers are facing legal action only for the wrongdoings they committed during the YSRCP government."
