Shed collapses at Simhachalam temple, none hurt

A temporary shed under construction near Tholipavancha along the Giri Pradakshina route at Simhachalam Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple collapsed on Saturday, just days ahead of the annual Giri Pradakshina scheduled for July 9.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as no devotees were present at the time.
Officials said the shed collapsed during preparatory works. According to eyewitnesses, the structure gave way due to weak support unable to bear the weight of iron sheets.
