NISHANT Kumar formally took charge as Annamayya district Collector on Sunday, pledging to work systematically for the district's development in line with the Chief Minister's vision.
Nishant Kumar assumed charge at 11.30 am in the Collector's chamber. He previously served as Director of the Excise Department.
