Tribal woman, a mother of two, gang-raped and beaten to death

IN a shocking incident, a 45-year-old woman — mother to two young boys — was allegedly gang-raped by two men (both neighbours) aged between 30 and 38 years in Khalwa area of southwestern Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa district.
She was subsequently kicked in the lower abdomen by one of the accused, causing severe injury to her private parts and profuse bleeding. She died hours later.
