AN Eluru district court judge, Uma Sunanda, sentenced Don-ga Chinna Brahmaiah, 24, to 20 years of Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) for raping a minor girl, under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The court slapped a fine of ₹5,000 and ordered Brahmaiah to pay ₹5,00,000 compensation to the victim. He received a one-year sentence under Section 420 of the IPC. Eluru District SP K Pr
