Nothing wrong in supplying Bhadra water to Hosadurga

CHAIRMAN of Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited and Hosadurga MLA BG Govindappa on Thursday questioned politicians the reason for opposing the drinking water project from the Bhadra right bank canal to Hosadurga, Kadur, Chikkamagulur, Tarikere and Ajjampura taluks.
Speaking to TNIE, he said there is nothing wrong in supplying drinking water from the Bhadra right bank canal. Already the canal has been breached at 21 places for supplying drinking water, why is the politics being played for breaking the 22nd place to supply drinking water?
