A day after a high-intensity explosion ripped through a car claiming nine lives, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday assured the nation that those responsible for the blast here will not be spared.
"I want to firmly assure the nation that those responsible for the tragedy will be brought to justice and not spared under any circumstances," the minister asserted. He added that the country's leading investigating agencies are conducting a swift and thorough inquiry into the incident.
