- EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE @Mysuru

FORMER minister and MLC A H Vishwanath has accused Chief Minister Siddaramaiah of betraying the interests of backward classes by failing to publish the socio-economic survey conducted by the Backward Classes Commission.
