Groww sets price band at ₹95-100 for ₹6,632 cr IPO, issue opens on Nov 4

BILLIONBRAINS Garage Ventures, parent company of largest online investment platform Groww, has set price-band at ₹95-100 for its ₹6,632 crore (at the upper end) initial public offer (IPO).
The public issue will open on November 4. The company targets a valuation of over ₹61,700 crore.
The mainline offer of ₹6,632.3 crore comprises a fresh issue of 106 million shares aggregating to ₹1,060 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 557.2 million shares, adding to ₹5,572.3 crore, the company said on Thursday.
