Creative economy is country's future, aligns with PM's vision: Minister

STATING that the creative economy is the future of India, Union Minister of state for Information and Broadcasting Dr L Murugan said it aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision.
He was speaking at the award ceremony of the 'Paridrishya' International Short Film Festival held on the Karnataka State Open University campus here on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Murugan emphasised that the government, through NFDC (National Film Development Corporation), is making significant efforts to elevate India's entertainment industry to a global level.
